| Accessibility Legislation DDA Part 4 The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) requires education authorities to comply with current legislation concerning employment, provision of goods and services, facilities and services to the public. If a child has been discriminated against, parents or children can raise issues with schools or with Aberdeen City Council. If this fails to reach agreement, a case can be taken to the Sheriff court. With the consent of the responsible body a case can be referred to the Disability Rights Commission Conciliation Service. |
